Starting an engagement
Sending an inquiry does not appoint CP4 as an appraiser, establish representation, or create a service agreement. Scope, fees, timing, and appointment requirements must be agreed separately. An inquiry does not pause or extend any deadline.
Estimates and timing
Typical estimating turnaround is about 72 hours after a complete file is received. This is a typical timeframe, not a guarantee. The needs and complexity of an assignment affect its timing.
Illustrations and business information
The architectural illustrations on this website are conceptual and do not show actual claims, inspections, or completed projects. CP4’s experience statements describe the business and principal’s background; they do not promise a particular outcome for another assignment.
